All customers are required to fully review and agree to the following Terms of Purchase before placing an order with www.iSpyPens.com and all third party channels distributing our products. If you do not fully understand these terms or do not agree with them, you are not permitted to complete your order.

Legal Status
It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not the distributor), to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any items listed on this web site. By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser / buyer (not iSpyPens LLC) to consult with their legal counsel to interpret any laws which may be applicable to the area in which you intend to use the products purchased from iSpyPens LLC. Recording of two-way telephone conversations can be illegal in some states. Our security equipment is not for surreptitious interception of oral communication. Furthermore, all of the equipment which are sold by iSpyPens LLC are subject to public law 90-351, Title 111, 18 U.S.D, section 2511, all state and federal, rules, regulations, ordinances, etc.
We only sell legal products that are intended to protect property, life and peace of mind. If you have any legal questions regarding the use or misuse of our security and spy products, please consult with your lawyer. The laws in every state are different, therefore, get informed before using our products.
By placing an order on our website you represent that you are of legal age to purchase the items and that the items ordered are legal for purchase and possession in your state. By placing an order you represent that you are using the items with the intention of protecting property, life, or peace of mind in compliance with all laws as described above.

ISPYPENS LLC'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL COST OF THE PRODUCT. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION UNDER WHICH SUCH DAMAGES ARE SOUGHT.

Returns & Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing a new iSpyPens.com product(s). We are confident that you’ll be pleased with what you purchased (hereinafter your “pen,” or, more generally, your “Product”). However, if you are dissatisfied or if you discover a defect in your Product, simply review the following returns and warranty policy, and contact us at support@ispypens.com and we will be glad to assist you. Any exceptions to these policies are made at iSpyPens LLC full discretion.

100% Money-Back Guarantee ("Return Policy")

We are excited for you to try out our products and want you to place your order with 100% confidence. This is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery, you may contact our team via email to submit your return request. We will do our best to address your concerns, however if we can not adequately do so then we will be more than happy to process a return for you.

The date of delivery is determined by the delivery courier. Rest assured, that even after 30 days we have you covered by a limited product warranty where you may get your Product replaced if any defects become present.

It is our policy to not process any refunds until merchandise is successfully processed by our returns center.  

Kindly note, returns must be sent to our mail box with a valid tracking number at. We are unable to process refunds until all merchandise is received in its original condition:

Kindly note, your refund will exclude any shipping & handling costs and is subject to a 10% restocking fee if it is not returned in its original condition. The restocking fee will be waived if the product is deemed defective.

365 Day Limited Warranty ("Warranty")
We are committed to delivering a high quality product that you can rely on. Therefore, we offer a Limited Warranty that covers material defects resulting from defective materials or workmanship in the Product you have purchased.
This Warranty is not transferable and covers you only if you (a) are the original purchaser and current owner of the iSpyPens.com product (the “Product”) for which you are seeking recourse under the Warranty and (b) purchased it directly from an authorized iSpyPens.com distribution channel – namely, the website at iSpyPens.com and Amazon.com. The Limited Warranty thus only applies during the period in which the Product is owned and controlled by the original purchaser of that Product. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT SO THAT YOU CAN PRESENT IT TO US IF NECESSARY.
In addition, because we cannot handle international shipping and logistics expenses, your Product must be in the United States at the time you wish to take advantage of the Warranty.
This Warranty is limited to material defects resulting from defective materials or workmanship in the Product you have purchased.
Specifically, this Warranty covers defects provided that they arise or appear in circumstances in which you have handled, maintained, and used the Product only for its intended purpose and have not subjected it to conditions likely to cause deterioration or damage beyond normal wear.
This Warranty for your new iSpyPens products lasts for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the original date of purchase.  
We will repair or replace the defective Product or the defective component(s) of the Product (e.g., the memory card, camera lens, etc. if applicable). In the case of a manufacturing defect in a component of the Product, such as the camera lens, we may elect to repair or replace the component rather than replace the entire Product, and we reserve sole and complete discretion over that election. If we elect to replace the Product or component, we will replace it with the model, version, color, or style available at the time of replacement, which may be different in certain respects than the original. If you wish to replace a defective Product with a more expensive Product, you may be required to pay the difference in price between the original Product and the more expensive Product.
Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.

Regarding Signature Confirmation, Insurance, Customer Error, and Stolen Packages

It is our policy to not require signature confirmation for any order, unless requested by the customer. The policy exists to ensure the timeliness of your delivery.

Shipments are insured for $100USD, please select the option for additional insurance at checkout if needed.

iSpyPens.com is not responsible for errors that result from customer entry error at checkout. Customer entry error includes entering the wrong address or other personal information at checkout.

iSpyPens.com is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery, but will assist in reporting a crime to authorities and locating the merchandise.
