Personal Security Products LLC, doing business as iSpyPens (“iSpyPens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you visit ispypens.com, create an account, make a purchase, contact us, interact with our marketing, or otherwise use our websites and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy applies to information processed by iSpyPens through the Services. It does not govern recordings created with an iSpyPens device when those recordings remain on the device or are transferred directly to your own computer or storage. iSpyPens devices store recordings locally; we do not receive or access those recordings through the device unless you separately send them to us, such as for customer support. You are responsible for using recording devices lawfully, including obtaining consent where required.

Personal Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, and billing address.

Account information, such as login credentials and account preferences.

Order and transaction information, such as products purchased, order status, returns, warranty requests, and payment-related details. Payment card information is generally processed by our payment providers rather than stored directly by iSpyPens.

Communications, such as messages submitted through our contact form, emails, reviews, survey responses, and customer-support correspondence.

Content you choose to provide, including any files, images, video, or audio you voluntarily send to customer support.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, dates and times of access, approximate location derived from IP address, shopping-cart activity, and interactions with emails or advertisements. We may collect this information through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies.

Information From Other Sources

We may receive information from ecommerce, payment, shipping, fraud-prevention, analytics, advertising, social-media, and customer-support providers; from business partners; and from publicly available sources. If you purchase through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace may provide information needed to fulfill and support your order, and its own privacy policy also applies.

Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. We may still send non-promotional messages about your account, orders, or our relationship with you.

Text messages. If we offer marketing texts, reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; receive a portable copy; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and appeal a decision on your request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Tell us your state of residence and the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us using the information below. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International Users

VeriPen is based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
